Narrow your search

To narrow your search, from the Product drop-down menus choose the required areas.

To require words

To find only answers that contain certain words, use a plus (+) symbol in front of words.

Example: To find answers that contain both employee and record, type +employee +record.

To exclude words

Use a minus (-) symbol in front of words to exclude documents that contain those words.

Example: Type wildlife -moose to find documents that contain the word wildlife but not moose.

Use uncommon words

To show answers with more focused results, use uncommon words.

All search techniques search for different word forms such as singular, plural, or different verb tenses.

Example: Search for account to find documents that contain accounts, accounted, accounting.
